Inguinal herniation associated with hydrocele

An inguinal hernia is a condition characterized by the protrusion of intestine through an opening in abdominal wall into canal. There are various techniques available for surgical repair hernias, including open and laparoscopic approaches. On other hand, hydrocele refers to accumulation fluid within scrotum often referred as "water hernia." In adults, hydroceles can be caused factors such injury, infection, or radiation therapy. Definitive treatment typically involves approach, which has excellent prognosis. This case report presents clinical scenario 58-year-old male patient, who presented with pain right region that radiated scrotum. Upon examination, mild swelling was observed region, along significant edema scrotum, tender touch. Following admission, patient underwent treatment. The purpose this presentation enhance understanding hernias hydroceles, facilitating their identification diagnosis.
